The state of hemostasis in patients with breast cancer in pre-and postoperative period, the influence of mexidol on hemostasis in patients with breast cancer after radical mastoektomii are studied. It is shown that the investigational drug eliminates induced by surgical intervention hemostatic disorders, increases the activity of antithrombin III, restores the fibrinolytic properties of blood, reduces postoperative complications. Last prejudge the feasibility of using mexidol in the complex therapy in the treatment of breast cancer.
